- 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Picklelicious
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool completely.

In a large bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, Picklelicious Salsa, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Add cooled potatoes and gently toss to coat.

Top with chives and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tip
Makes it even better the next day. Chill overnight for the best flavor!
