- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Picklelicious
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- Lettuce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat a griddle or large skillet over high heat.

Divide beef into 4 balls. Place on the hot griddle and smash down thin. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 2—3 minutes until browned and crispy. Flip, add cheese and cook 1 more minute.

Spread mayo and mustard on buns. Assemble with lettuce, burger, Picklelicious , pickle slices and onion. Serve hot!
Tip
Makes it even better the next day. Chill overnight for the best flavor!
